At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Return

Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

Attach Label

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
